A story about children’s inability to sleep. It follows
Gingy’s journey, who cannot close his eyes and drift
to sleep. He tries everything but nothing works,
so he imagines that the night is the curtains in his
room which he pulls to himself like a fish stuck in the
fishermens’ net, to realize he has pulled his curtains
from their place, then he tries to pull the branch of
guava tree, imagining it to be the night when the
branch breaks and he falls to the ground. Gingy starts
questioning the reason behind the disappearance
of his night and his inability to sleep. Will his night
disappear for the rest of his life? Will he be called
Nightless Gingy from now on?
