The author presents Guevara from a new perspective, allowing us to see him as if we were getting to know him for the first time; he was an avid reader before being a commander, a doctor, and a revolutionary leader. He reads since his childhood and continued reading even in the darkest and most dangerous moments of his life, to the extent that reading became a daily act he sought to restore balance and renew his ability to move forward.
