The texts, artworks, words, colors, and emotions carried in this book are the work of Palestinian children from the Gaza Strip, who took part in writing workshops and various visual and expressive arts activities implemented by Tamer Institute for Community Education in partnership with the University of Bath. These workshops intersect with the Institute’s vision of creating safe spaces and environments for children to express and share their feelings and ideas.
We place these texts, artworks, and wishes in the hands of young and old, and extend our invitation to reflect on them, perhaps they can become a source of inspiration for the change we aspire to: a free and safe learning community for all the children of Palestine.
