Tamer Institute for Community Education organized a three-day library camp in partnership with over 50 librarians from the West Bank. The camp aimed to facilitate the exchange of experiences among librarians. During the camp, the librarians engaged in discussions on the concept of liberating community art. They also visited the exhibition "From the Archive Room," which documents and celebrates the 40-year journey of the Palestinian Popular Arts Group. Furthermore, they discussed tools and issues that they can work on within their community settings and how to employ arts within community libraries to shed light on important societal issues or bring about genuine social/cultural change. They also explored drama techniques and its application with children, as well as working with clay. The librarians also visited the "Approaching Horizons" exhibition to learn about various community artistic experiences.
